I got a call today from a friend of mine that sells a product that improves and helps people with hemorrhoids (yes, hemorrhoids and yes it is a serious problem that a lot of people have).
She said to me how can I get the name of my product and company publicized the cheapest, fastest and easiest way with the most impact in a short period of time.
This is what I told her:
- Write a press release and submit to free press release sites . . . search press release on this site or on my blogroll.
- Buy adwords on Google or Yahoo and buy words that are the cheapest. . you have nothing to lose
- Search the web for all sites and blogs related to your business and post comments or feedback that are relevant. . say in the post that you will answer questions about the subject . .include your email address and your web site address
- If you have a blog or website that has decent content go to the social bookmarking sites and post . .also search social bookmarking on this site
