Consumers are flocking to blogs, social-networking sites and virtual worlds. And they are leaving a lot of marketers behind.

This article is a little too basic for my knowledge but it still is a good read.

Also if you want to read an article that is limited to WSJ.com customers and you do not have a subscription just use the email the article feature send it to yourself and you can then read the article for free.  Sorry WSJ

    I commented on this article in one of the groups earlier in the week. I found it strange that they never mentioned Twitter. Most of my colleagues are spending more time microblogging than anything else lately.
